Editing Shopping District Expansion Area

The expansion area was created with creative freedom in mind. As such, unlike the Main Shopping District area, it possesses absolutely no plots, only claims either made by signs or builds. At a minimum, you could simply use a shovel  to mark out your space with path blocks, along with a sign containing your IGN and the claim date. Similar to the main district, one can also build their basements(or down into the water) so long as it doesn't go beneath another shop.

This area is still quite a recent one however, so additional rules might be established along the way.
